From March 1st to the end of May, we have changed from winter kaiseki to spring kaiseki!^^
Spring is the season of cherry blossoms, the season of encounters, and the season of beginnings, a time when various activities begin. Do you have any plans?
The spring kaiseki is inspired by 'sakura'
The kaiseki meal allows you to feel the essence of spring, featuring dishes such as sashimi and covered dishes made with cherry sea bream, as well as sakura shrimp rice cooked in a pot.
My personal recommendation is the sakura sea bream shabu-shabu.
Our sakura sea bream shabu-shabu is thick and the sweetness of the sakura sea bream spreads abundantly in your mouth.♪
