Cancellation fees will apply from 3 days prior.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 20% for 2 to 3 days prior,
50% for the day before, and in case of cancellation on the day or no contact,
the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation procedures can be performed on the official website. Please search for your dates and proceed with the "Reservation Confirmation" displayed in the upper right corner. Please note that only the plans listed on the Mantenno Tsujinoya official website are eligible for cancellation, and customers who made reservations through travel agencies or travel sites should contact their booking source.
If you would like to confirm online, please check the "Reservation Confirmation Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email" on the official website.
For confirmation by phone, please contact us directly from the person who made the reservation. We will respond after verifying the identity of the person.
If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.

Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Guests who have reserved a plan with dinner are requested to check in by 6:00 PM.

GLAMHIDE WITH DOG KOMATSU
We have a game corner, VR (1,000 yen per night), table tennis (500 yen for 30 minutes), manga, and various table games available.
Please use the VR and table games in your room.
Storage regulations vary depending on the item.
【Valuables】We will notify you as soon as they are found. If we cannot reach you, we will keep them for 7 days at the hotel and then report them as lost property to the police on the 8th day.
【Food and Beverages】Due to hygiene concerns, we will dispose of them immediately without storage.
【Other Items】We will keep them for 14 days and dispose of them on the 15th day. (No notification will be made from the hotel)

・Food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus, and the same dishes, cooking utensils, and cleaning equipment are used, so there is a possibility that allergenic substances may be mixed in trace amounts during the cooking process.

Please note that we cannot accept orders on market holidays, as well as during the year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, and long holiday periods.
This is a natural hot spring. The water quality is sodium sulfate and chloride spring (weakly alkaline constant temperature cold mineral spring).
① The large public bath and open-air bath will be either "Hakucho (Swan)" Onsen or "Oshidori (Duck)" Onsen.
The gender-swapping system is from 15:00 to 23:00 and 6:00 to 10:00. There will be no morning sauna service.
② "Hanakai Onsen" is available from 17:00 to 23:00 and 6:00 to 10:00, with the gender-swapping system for women from 17:00 to 23:00 and for men from 6:00 to 10:00.

The hours for day-use hot springs are from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (Last admission at 7:00 PM, please exit by 8:00 PM)

Please enjoy the large public bath (which includes an outdoor bath and sauna).
We are closed irregularly, so please confirm by phone before your visit.
According to the Komatsu City Tax Ordinance, a bathing tax of 150 yen per adult will be charged.
Children under 12 years old are free.
There is no accommodation tax.
We kindly ask guests with tattoos to refrain from using the large public bath, Hanakai Onsen.
Please use the bath provided in your room.
According to the "Guidelines for Hygiene Management in Public Bathhouses," in order to prevent troubles related to mixed bathing, children aged 7 and older are not allowed to participate in mixed bathing.
We can provide small meeting rooms to convention halls depending on the scale.
Please consult us as the fees vary depending on the meeting format and other factors.

Nearby tourist attractions include Yunokuni no Mori, Natadera Temple, and the Japan Automobile Museum. In Komatsu City, there are also the Aviation Plaza, the Hito to Mono-zukuri Science Museum, the Komatsu company, which is a construction machinery manufacturer, and the Ataka Sumiyoshi Shrine, known for its divine virtue in overcoming difficulties, which is the stage for the Kabuki play "Kanjinchō." On the way to Kanazawa, you can find the Ishikawa Zoo, where you can encounter the Japanese rock ptarmigan and the crested ibis, the Kutani Pottery Village, the Insect Museum where you can see butterflies all year round, and the Hakusan Hime Shrine, the head shrine of the Hakusan Shrine with over 3,000 branches nationwide and the first shrine of Kaga.
To protect the privacy of our guests using the ryokan, prior permission is required for any photography or recording on the premises. Additionally, even in such cases, photography in areas such as the large public bath is prohibited.
