About Accommodation Reservations and Cancellations

  • When does the cancellation fee apply?

    Cancellation fees will apply from 3 days prior.
    Cancellation fees are as follows: 20% for 2 to 3 days prior,
    50% for the day before, and in case of cancellation on the day or no contact,
    the full amount will be charged.
    * Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the plan and dates. There are also non-refundable plans.

  • Can I cancel my reservation on the official website?

    Cancellation procedures can be performed on the official website. Please search for your dates and proceed with the "Reservation Confirmation" displayed in the upper right corner. Please note that only the plans listed on the Mantenno Tsujinoya official website are eligible for cancellation, and customers who made reservations through travel agencies or travel sites should contact their booking source.

  • I would like to confirm my reservation details. How can I do that?

    If you would like to confirm online, please check the "Reservation Confirmation Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email" on the official website.
    For confirmation by phone, please contact us directly from the person who made the reservation. We will respond after verifying the identity of the person.
    If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.

  • How many rooms can I reserve in one booking?

    You can reserve up to 3 rooms.

  • Please tell me the payment methods for accommodation fees

    Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Check-in and Accommodation

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
    Guests who have reserved a plan with dinner are requested to check in by 6:00 PM.

  • Is there parking available?

    You can use it for free.
    No reservation is required.

  • If you are driving, where is the nearest interchange to get off?

    About 15 minutes from Katayamazu Interchange.
    About 20 minutes from Komatsu Interchange or Kaga Interchange.

  • Is there a shuttle bus or other transportation available?

    We provide shuttle service from Kaga Onsen Station.
    Reservations are required in advance, so please contact us by 12 PM the day before your stay.

  • Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    We will keep it at the front desk.
    * Please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, or food and beverages.
    * After check-out, items can be kept until 6 PM on the same day.

  • Can I send my luggage to the inn in advance?

    It is possible. Please send it prepaid.
    Valuables and food items are excluded.

  • Can I send my luggage from the inn?

    Only cash on delivery is possible. Please inform the front desk.
    We also sell boxes for Kuroneko Yamato.
    Available in size 8 for 150 yen and size 10 for 200 yen.

  • Are there rooms with open-air baths?

    We have it.
    Please note that the open-air baths in the guest rooms are not natural hot springs.

  • Is there a yukata available?

    We have prepared colorful yukata.

  • Please tell me about the room amenities.

    We provide toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, shower caps, razors, hair dryers, bath towels, face towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    All facilities and rooms are of course available for free.

  • Is there room service?

    We offer room service that brings alcohol and soft drinks to your room for sale.
    There is also massage service available from outside.
    If you wish, please let the front desk know.
    (Please note that it may not be available due to outside service.)

  • Can I watch BS broadcasts?

    You can watch some of it.

  • Are there any restrictions on the number of people in the room?

    The capacity varies by room type. It accommodates 2 to 6 guests.

  • If I book multiple rooms, can I arrange for adjacent rooms?

    We will accept your requests, but we cannot guarantee them in advance.
    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Can the beds be pushed together in a room with multiple beds?

    The bed is fixed in place and cannot be moved.

  • Are there rooms where smoking is allowed? Also, is there a smoking area?

    All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
    A smoking area is provided outside the lobby (outdoors).

  • Is there a shop?

    It is located next to the front desk on the first floor.
    The business hours are from 8:00 to 10:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00.

  • Is there a vending machine?

    This is the lounge area of the large public bath ("Oshidori (Duck)" Onsen, "Hakucho (Swan)" Onsen).
    We sell drinks and instant ramen.

  • Is there a coin laundry?

    We do not have any facilities available in the building.
    The nearest coin laundry is located next to the Awazu Onsen police box. (About a 10-minute walk)

  • Please tell me about the children's rates.

    ●Preschool children (with meals and bedding)
    A fee of 50% of the adult rate will apply.
    ●Elementary school children (with meals and bedding)
    A fee of 70% of the adult rate will apply.
    *There are no plans for shared bedding or bedding only.
    ●Infants (0-2 years)
    A facility usage fee of 1,100 yen will apply.
    If you wish for meals for infants,
    we will provide meals and bedding at the preschool child rate.
    *Please note that children's rates may vary depending on the plan.

  • Is there a stroller rental available?

    We apologize. There is no preparation available.

  • Is there a diaper changing station in the hotel?

    We apologize. We do not have it available.

  • Is there a wheelchair rental available?

    We have it available.
    Please let the front desk know.

  • Do you have accessible rooms?

    We apologize.
    We do not have any available.

  • Are there rooms available for staying with pets?

    We do not have rooms available for pets.
    There is a dedicated glamping facility where you can stay with your dog, the first of its kind in the Hokuriku region.

  • Are there things to play with inside the facility?

    We have a game corner, VR (1,000 yen per night), table tennis (500 yen for 30 minutes), manga, and various table games available.
    Please use the VR and table games in your room.

  • Did I leave something at the hotel?

    Storage regulations vary depending on the item.
    【Valuables】We will notify you as soon as they are found. If we cannot reach you, we will keep them for 7 days at the hotel and then report them as lost property to the police on the 8th day.
    【Food and Beverages】Due to hygiene concerns, we will dispose of them immediately without storage.
    【Other Items】We will keep them for 14 days and dispose of them on the 15th day. (No notification will be made from the hotel)

  • What security measures are in place?

    We are monitoring with security cameras 24 hours a day.

  • Do you have yukata for children?

    We have three sizes of yukata for children (S, M, L).
    Please use the adult obi available in the guest room.

  • Are there slippers for children?

    We have three sizes available.
    Please choose your preferred size.

  • Can you arrange surprise gifts for birthdays and anniversaries?

    Dessert plates, flowers, balloons, etc. are available for a fee.
    They can be provided in your room or dining area.
    Please feel free to consult with us.

  • Is there any rental service for celebrating the 60th or 70th birthday?

    We offer free rental of traditional Japanese jackets (chan-chan-ko).
    As there is a limited quantity, please consult us in advance.

About Meals

  • Is room service available?

    This is only guidance for the dining area.

  • What time is breakfast?

    You can choose from 7:30 or 8:00.
    *Please note that this may change depending on the situation.

  • What time is dinner?

    Dinner will be available from 18:00, 18:30, and 19:00.
    * We will inform you of the dinner time at check-in.
    * If you will be arriving late, please contact us.

  • Do you accommodate allergies?

    We are making every effort to ensure that guests with food allergies can enjoy their meals.
    Please confirm the following details when making your reservation.

    ・Please make sure to inform us of any allergies at the time of your reservation.
    After making your reservation, please contact us at info-tsujinoya@hhh-japan.com.
    ・Please notify us of your request at least 3 days prior to your usage date. We cannot accommodate requests made on the same day.
    ・We will confirm the details you consulted with us upon your arrival.
    ・If you contact us after 3 days prior to your usage date, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
    ・Allergens contained in the ingredients may be present in dashi, extracts, binders, seasonings, etc., and we cannot remove them from dashi, extracts, binders, seasonings, etc.
    ・Food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus, and the same dishes, cooking utensils, and cleaning equipment are used, so there is a possibility that allergenic substances may be mixed in trace amounts during the cooking process.

    When making a reservation, please confirm the above details and make your final decision.

  • Do you have vegetarian cuisine and low-salt dishes?

    Our dinner is prepared as kaiseki cuisine.
    Since it involves course meals in general, complete accommodation may be difficult.

  • Are there any ingredients you are not good with? Can you change them?

    We cannot accommodate changes to ingredients you are not comfortable with.
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in advance.

  • Are there chairs for children?

    We have prepared it for you.

  • Can I bring a stroller?

    We will adjust the location where you can be seated.

  • Is a wheelchair accessible?

    We will adjust the location where you can be seated.

  • New Year's Holiday Meals

    We are offering a special menu for a limited time.

  • Regarding Special Order Dishes

    Additional orders for special dishes are accepted up to three days in advance.

    Please note that we cannot accept orders on market holidays, as well as during the year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, and long holiday periods.

About the Hot Springs

  • Is it a hot spring?

    This is a natural hot spring. The water quality is sodium sulfate and chloride spring (weakly alkaline constant temperature cold mineral spring).

  • Please let me know the bathing hours.

    ① The large public bath and open-air bath will be either "Hakucho (Swan)" Onsen or "Oshidori (Duck)" Onsen.
    The gender-swapping system is from 15:00 to 23:00 and 6:00 to 10:00. There will be no morning sauna service.
    ② "Hanakai Onsen" is available from 17:00 to 23:00 and 6:00 to 10:00, with the gender-swapping system for women from 17:00 to 23:00 and for men from 6:00 to 10:00.
    *Please note that changes may occur depending on the situation.

  • Can I use the day-use bath?

    The hours for day-use hot springs are from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (Last admission at 7:00 PM, please exit by 8:00 PM)
    ※On Thursdays, due to maintenance work, the hours will be from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Last admission at 7:00 PM, please exit by 8:00 PM).
    Please enjoy the large public bath (which includes an outdoor bath and sauna).
    We are closed irregularly, so please confirm by phone before your visit.
          

  • Is there a hot spring tax or accommodation tax?

    According to the Komatsu City Tax Ordinance, a bathing tax of 150 yen per adult will be charged.
    Children under 12 years old are free.
    There is no accommodation tax.

  • I have a tattoo, can I use the hot spring (large public bath, Hanakai Onsen)?

    We kindly ask guests with tattoos to refrain from using the large public bath, Hanakai Onsen.
    Please use the bath provided in your room.

  • Until what age can children use the mixed bath?

    According to the "Guidelines for Hygiene Management in Public Bathhouses," in order to prevent troubles related to mixed bathing, children aged 7 and older are not allowed to participate in mixed bathing.

Others

  • Are there meeting rooms and banquet halls?

    We can provide small meeting rooms to convention halls depending on the scale.
    Please consult us as the fees vary depending on the meeting format and other factors.

  • Where is the nearest convenience store?

    There is a Lawson Awazu Onsen store (open 24 hours). (10 minutes on foot)

  • Where is the nearest drugstore?

    Genky Awazu Store (Business hours 09:00~21:00) is available. (Across from our facility)

  • Can I get a brochure?

  • Where is the nearest tourist attraction?

    Nearby tourist attractions include Yunokuni no Mori, Natadera Temple, and the Japan Automobile Museum. In Komatsu City, there are also the Aviation Plaza, the Hito to Mono-zukuri Science Museum, the Komatsu company, which is a construction machinery manufacturer, and the Ataka Sumiyoshi Shrine, known for its divine virtue in overcoming difficulties, which is the stage for the Kabuki play "Kanjinchō." On the way to Kanazawa, you can find the Ishikawa Zoo, where you can encounter the Japanese rock ptarmigan and the crested ibis, the Kutani Pottery Village, the Insect Museum where you can see butterflies all year round, and the Hakusan Hime Shrine, the head shrine of the Hakusan Shrine with over 3,000 branches nationwide and the first shrine of Kaga.

  • Is it okay to take photos?

    To protect the privacy of our guests using the ryokan, prior permission is required for any photography or recording on the premises. Additionally, even in such cases, photography in areas such as the large public bath is prohibited.
