Article 1: Scope of Application

The accommodation contract and related agreements concluded between our facility and the guests shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and, for matters not stipulated in these terms, shall be governed by laws or generally established customs.

When our hotel agrees to special provisions within the limits of laws and customs, those special provisions shall take precedence over the provisions of the previous section.

Article 2: Application for Accommodation Contract

Those who wish to apply for a lodging contract at our facility must inform us of the following matters.

  • 1) Guest Name
  • 2) Check-in date and expected arrival time

Article 3: Establishment of Accommodation Contract

The accommodation contract shall be established when our hotel accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if it is proven that our hotel did not give acceptance.

When the accommodation contract is established in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, you must pay the application fee set by our hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days), by the date specified by our hotel.

The deposit will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest ultimately needs to pay. In the event that the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, it will be applied in the order of penalty followed by compensation. If there is any remaining amount, it will be refunded at the time of payment of the fee according to the provisions of Article 12.

If the application fee in Article 2 is not paid by the date specified by our hotel in accordance with the provisions of that article, the accommodation contract will lose its validity. However, this applies only if the hotel has notified the guest of the payment deadline.

Article 4: Special Provision that No Deposit Payment is Required

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our hotel may agree to a special provision that does not require the payment of the application fee after the contract is established.

In accepting the application for the accommodation contract, if our hotel does not request the payment of the application fee as stated in the previous article, paragraph 2, and does not specify the payment deadline for the application fee, it will be treated as having agreed to the special provisions of the previous paragraph.

However, if the hotel has agreed to the special provisions in Article 4, the obligation to pay the cancellation fee when the guest cancels the accommodation contract will only apply if the hotel has notified the guest of this obligation at the time of agreeing to the special provisions.
