[Update] Report on the Investigation Status Regarding the Possibility of Personal Information Leakage

We would like to report the current status of the investigation regarding the unauthorized access incident involving the external service operator (Rakus Light Cloud Co., Ltd.), to whom we outsource the distribution of our company’s email newsletters, as announced on October 22, 2026.

Upon receiving a report on the investigation status from an external specialized agency via the contracted company, as of today, no facts confirming the leakage of personal information related to our hotel members have been identified. Additionally, no misuse of personal information or secondary damages related to this matter have been confirmed.

We would like to once again sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience caused to our hotel members and all related parties at the time of the initial announcement.
