Introduction to Ishikawa Prefecture's Winter Tradition: The Crab Feast Kaiseki

We are pleased to introduce a plan where you can fully enjoy the "Crab Feast Kaiseki," a winter tradition of Ishikawa Prefecture that uses plenty of crab.
Every year, accommodation plans with crab meals are very popular, so this year we have prepared two types of crab kaiseki dinners. The "Crab Feast Kaiseki" menu includes crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki hot pot, crab chawanmushi, crab tempura, whole crab sashimi platter, crab zosui (rice soup), and more, offering a full crab experience.

Tsuyoshi Tanaka, the Executive Chef of Mantenno Tsujinoya, was awarded the "Meritorious Service Award for Culinary Professionals" by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in the 2024 Culinary Professionals Merit Awards.

The price for the plan including dinner and breakfast featuring the "Crab Feast Kaiseki" starts from 29,800 yen (per person, per night, based on 4 guests sharing one room, tax and service charge included)

Reservations for the Crab Feast Kaiseki are available here

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you.
