Winter tradition of Ishikawa Prefecture: "Crab Feast Kaiseki" and "Live Crab Kaiseki" now available

Starting Monday, September 29, we will offer plans featuring Ishikawa Prefecture’s winter specialty crab in abundance: the "Crab Feast Kaiseki" and the "Live Crab Kaiseki."
Due to the great popularity of our annual accommodation plans with crab meals, this year we have prepared two types of crab kaiseki dinners. The "Crab Feast Kaiseki" includes a full crab menu such as crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki hot pot, crab chawanmushi, crab tempura, whole crab presentation, and crab zosui rice porridge.
The "Live Crab Kaiseki" features about 1.5 crabs per person lavishly used in dishes including snow crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki hot pot, grilled crab, steamed crab, and crab zosui rice porridge. Both plans are limited to 50 servings per day and, in addition to crab dishes, offer a selection of seven rare delicacies, seasonal fruits, and desserts such as cakes.
Tsuyoshi Tanaka, the executive chef of Mantenno Tsujinoya, was honored with the "Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Distinguished Service in Culinary Work" in the 2024 awards for contributors to the culinary profession.
Prices start from 29,800 yen for the "Crab Feast Kaiseki" dinner and breakfast plan, and from 39,800 yen for the "Live Crab Kaiseki" dinner and breakfast plan (both prices are per person, per night, based on 4 people sharing one room, including tax and service charge)
