Winter tradition of Ishikawa Prefecture: "Crab Feast Kaiseki" and "Live Crab Kaiseki" now available

Starting Monday, September 29, we will offer plans featuring "Crab Kaiseki" and "Live Crab Kaiseki," which use plenty of crab, a winter specialty of Ishikawa Prefecture.
Every year, our accommodation plans with crab meals are very popular, so this year we have prepared two types of crab kaiseki dinners. The "Crab Kaiseki" includes a full crab menu such as crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki hot pot, crab chawanmushi, crab tempura, whole crab platter, and crab zosui rice porridge.
The "Live Crab Kaiseki" features about 1.5 crabs per person, including snow crab sashimi, crab sukiyaki hot pot, grilled crab, steamed crab, and crab zosui rice porridge. Both plans are limited to 50 servings per day and include delicacies such as a seven-item appetizer platter, seasonal fruits, and desserts like cake.
Tsuyoshi Tanaka, the head chef of Mantenno Tsujinoya, received the "Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Distinguished Service in Culinary Work" in the "2024 Fiscal Year Awards for Distinguished Culinary Professionals."

Prices start from 29,800 yen for the "Crab Feast Kaiseki" dinner and breakfast plan, and from 39,800 yen for the "Live Crab Kaiseki" dinner and breakfast plan (both prices are per person, per night, based on 4 people sharing one room, including tax and service charge)
