Limited to 50 meals per day, "Seasonal Kaiseki Summer" and "Summer Afternoon Tea" plans now available


As part of the "Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Outstanding Contributors in Culinary Arts for the 6th year of Reiwa," we will be offering a special accommodation plan featuring the summer new menu created by our executive chef, which includes "Shiki Kaiseki Summer" and "Summer Afternoon Tea," starting from March 14 (Friday).
"Shiki Kaiseki Summer" will be available in a limited quantity of 50 meals per day, featuring a summer citrus cocktail as an aperitif, nanban pickled conger eel, sashimi of white fish, a bite-sized soba, grilled spiny lobster, roast beef salad, abalone, shirasu rice, and dessert such as chocolate cake.
The "Summer Afternoon Tea" will offer not only cakes, scones, and pudding but also shrimp temari sushi and salmon canapés.
During the summer, guests can also enjoy the large pool and a children's slide pool located on the premises.
