Mantenno Tsujinoya Executive Chef Takeshi Tanaka received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for "Outstanding Contribution in Culinary Services" for the fiscal year 2024.

The head chef of Mantenno Tsujinoya, Takashi Tanaka, was awarded the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Outstanding Contributors in the Culinary Profession for the fiscal year 2024, recognizing him as an outstanding contributor in culinary operations (a person with a chef's license who is always on the front line engaged in actual cooking operations and has made significant achievements in the development of culinary techniques and the improvement of chefs' qualities from a leadership position).

<Career>
Honed skills at various kappo, hotels, and ryokans mainly in Ishikawa Prefecture.
In 2000, joined Kenrokuen Kenjotei, which has a history of over 100 years since its establishment in 1913 (Taisho 2).
In October 2017, appointed as head chef after serving as cooking supervisor and deputy head chef.
Since July 2021, appointed as head chef of Mantenno Tsujinoya. Currently serving.
Continuing to hone skills through challenges in a new environment focused on regional and ryokan revitalization.
