★Mantenno Tsujinoya Support
Mantenno Tsujinoya (hereinafter referred to as our facility) will only accept reservations for the Hokuriku Support Discount "Ishikawa Support Travel Discount" through the
official website (hereinafter referred to as official HP).
*Reservations by phone will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservations at our hotel will start on March 12, 2024 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM.
It will end as soon as the budget runs out, so please be aware in advance.

~Notice~
★If you are making a reservation from the official website
[Ishikawa Support Travel Discount Eligible Plan], please make your reservation with the plan indicated.
*The prices displayed on the official site are before the Ishikawa Support Travel Discount is applied.
*A discount of up to 50% will be applied from the displayed price. Please choose to pay on-site when making your reservation.
Plans without this indication are not eligible, and no discounts will be applied even if you make a reservation.
Also, reservations made before the start date and time are not eligible for discounts.

★At our hotel,
we do not assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, or rebookings over the phone; these must be done by the customers themselves online.
There are no plans to set applicable dates or products for all days from 3/16 to 4/26.
There may be cases where your desired date or plan is not applicable.

★For customers who have already made a reservation via phone or our website
In accordance with the principle that applies to new reservations from March 12th onward in Ishikawa Prefecture, we will not automatically transfer reservations at our facility.
Depending on the date, it may be necessary to rebook after cancellation,
and even if you cancel, there may be cases where we cannot secure a reservation.
We will not make any changes to the reservations you have secured in advance.
Even if you are unable to rebook after canceling on your own,
we cannot guarantee anything at our facility, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

★If you are making a reservation from other travel booking sites
The reservation start dates and usage methods for other travel booking sites vary by site.
For details, we are unable to provide answers, so please contact each travel booking site and their customer service center.

★For customers who have already made reservations through various travel booking sites
We are unable to accommodate transfers at our facility.
Please make your reservation according to the instructions of each booking site (customers who have already applied will need to rebook).
