March 16, 2024 (Saturday) Hokuriku Shinkansen Kanazawa-Tsuruga extension! Awazu Onsen is even closer!
Finally, on March 16, the Hokuriku Shinkansen will extend its service between Kanazawa and Tsuruga.
The Shinkansen "Kagayaki" will also stop at Kaga Onsen Station, connecting Tokyo and Kaga Onsen in 2 hours and 43 minutes.
From Osaka, the travel time from Osaka to Kaga Onsen will be 2 hours and 6 minutes, making it even closer than before.
Shuttle Bus Information
Due to the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen on March 16, we will change the shuttle bus as follows.
We will increase the number of shuttle buses from Kaga Onsen Station.

<Pickup> JR Kaga Onsen Station → Mantenno Tsujinoya
2:30 p.m. / 3:30 p.m. / 4:30 p.m.
<Departure> Mantenno Tsujinoya → JR Kaga Onsen Station
9:00 a.m. / 10:00 a.m.
* Reservation is required in advance. Please make a reservation by 12:00 the day before.
* Shuttle service from JR Awazu Station has been discontinued.
