Special 3rd Anniversary Plan for "Mantenno Tsujinoya" Opening & Family Cooking Class by Executive Chef
To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the opening of "Mantenno Tsujinoya" on July 21, 2023, a special 3rd anniversary plan will be newly released from Friday, June 30. Additionally, a family-oriented cooking class led by the executive chef will be held for a limited time during the summer vacation period.
Three Special 3rd Anniversary Plans Newly Released
In addition to the highly praised Tsujinoya kaiseki dinner, we will release three plans starting Friday, June 30: an additional meal plan with a choice of three luxury ingredients, a popular souvenir assortment plan, and a plan including admission tickets to popular facilities in Ishikawa Prefecture. For the additional meal plan with three luxury ingredient options, you can select one from grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) with salt, dancing grilled abalone, or upgraded sashimi.
The souvenir assortment plan, carefully selected by the staff of Mantenno Tsujinoya, includes popular souvenirs from Ishikawa Prefecture and the Hokuriku region such as Kaga Hyakumangoku Ankoromochi (sweet red bean paste rice cake), the famous Kaga Sodachi confection, Kaga Onsenkyo Onsen Manju (hot spring steamed buns), and the renowned Habutae Mochi.
The plan with admission tickets to popular facilities near Mantenno Tsujinoya in southern Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture, includes tickets to three facilities: the Japan Automobile Museum, Ishikawa Zoo, and Ishikawa Prefectural Insect Museum.
The price for all three plans is the same, starting from 19,800 yen (per night, per room, for 2 adults, including dinner and breakfast, tax and service charge included).

Special Family Event: "Mantenno Tsujinoya" Executive Chef's "Cooking Class"
"Mantenno Tsujinoya" features a large pool with a slider for children and a manga corner, making it enjoyable for families.
To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of its opening, we will hold a cooking class led by the executive chef of "Mantenno Tsujinoya" where parents and children can participate together. Through the cooking class, we hope to deepen the bond between parents and children through food, and for children to appreciate the importance of food and the joy of cooking. The executive chef of "Mantenno Tsujinoya," Tsuyoshi Tanaka, has experience as the head chef at Kanazawa Kenrokuen Kenjotei and currently serves as a director of the Ishikawa Prefecture Chefs Association. He is also certified as a Japanese Cuisine Meister by the National Skills Federation. The cooking classes will be held three times on Sundays: July 23, August 13, and 27.
The price is 3,900 yen (for one adult and one child, tax included).
