The New Year has begun, and before we know it, it's already February.
As February arrives, I believe everyone is looking forward to spring (^^♪
For those who are eagerly awaiting spring, let us give you an early announcement of spring.
At Tsujinoya, we recently took an early look at spring by conducting a photoshoot for the "Spring Kaiseki"!!
Incorporating the colors of spring, this dish is visually stunning and allows you to fully experience the blessings of Hokuriku! Not only can you enjoy it with your eyes, but it is also a meal that lets you feel spring with your whole body.
Here are the gorgeous dishes that look as if they are sprinkled with cherry blossoms (*^-^*)
We hope everyone enjoys the kaiseki cuisine, meticulously crafted by the chef, including side dishes shaped like cherry blossom petals!
There's no doubt that it will look great in photos!! I'm also itching to take pictures and feel spring with my whole body (laughs)
The "Spring Kaiseki" is scheduled to start in March. Please note that the contents of the dishes may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
