Fresh seafood is in season! ~ We have started the 'Winter Kaiseki' ~
Hello everyone.
Welcome to Mantenno Tsujinoya.
Starting from December 3rd, we have transitioned from the autumn kaiseki to the winter kaiseki (^^♪
It started with summer kaiseki, autumn has passed, and now it has already become winter.
Is there anything you haven't finished, everyone?
Speaking of winter, the Hokuriku region is in season for seafood!!
Our establishment offers kaiseki cuisine that incorporates the bounty of the sea, which you can enjoy visually as well as gastronomically. (^^)/
Our sashimi is particularly fresh and thick, and it has received high praise from many of our guests♪
The crab rice is so delicious that you'll want to have seconds!!
We also accept additional dishes. I love meat, so I recommend the Noto beef steak★

We will strive to deliver the smiles of our staff as well. (Although we have more male staff, we would be grateful if you could watch over us with warm eyes. (Laugh))
One of the things I haven't accomplished this year is the goal of aiming to have staff that leaves a lasting impression on our customers (laughs)
